How to Log in to Online School Portal
Welcome to the new Online Portal of American Private School of Kalba. Parents are requested to contact the class teacher of their highest grade student to get the Parent Code.
Follow the steps below after getting the parent code (Parent Code is same for all the students of a family)
- Click 'Portal Login' in the school website
- Provide your Parent Code, check the details of your students. If the student details displayed are not of your family, then exit and confirm with the class teacher to get your correct Parent Code
- If the Student details are correct, confirm and provide the 'Information for Official Communication' details, which are mandatory (Make sure you give the correct information here as all the official communications from the school will be sent to these details in future
- Once you successfully completed the steps here, the login information for each of your student will be displayed on the screen and will be mailed to your registered e.mail provided.
- After getting the portal login information, parents and students can log into the portal using each of the students login IDs.
- Parents can log in to the portal using Parent log in ID and students can use the Student log in iD to log in to the portal
- We highly recommend you to change the password provided to you, to a new password of your choice for security and confidentiality reasons.
- Subsequent to the above all Parents are requested to submit the online re-registration form through the Portal at the earliest.
